Well, today's the big day. Baby Miller's due date to enter the world! I went to the club this morning, did some errands (took a picture for a Driver's License replacement... won't that be a photo for posterity), and am feeling well overall. Doesn't look like we'll see any baby's heads peeping through today.
I saw the midwife yesterday and had a cervical check. The baby's head has definitely descended into the pelvis, and I'm dilated 1 cm (only 9 to go!). The cervix is about 80% effaced... so all those are good signs that the baby is getting ready to make its exit, but it won't likely be this weekend (probably sometime next week). So the wait ensues.
I thought I'd catch you up on some baby shower pics in the meantime. My homegroup friends from Grace and Elma threw baby Miller and I a "Noah's Ark" theme shower. It was so cute! Lindsey even found an ark to display. It was a great time of praying and sharing...

Are you sick of people asking if you had the baby yet? Our Worship Pastor's wife is due any time too. Eveytime I see him, he says no baby yet before you can ask him. Waiting can be so nerve-wracking! I've been checking for news, so post as soon as baby Miller arrives!
