There are only two things a child will share willingly—communicable diseases and his mother’s age. – Dr. Benjamin Spock
NBN today. Mommy was feeling a bit sore... maybe because of my fitful sleep last night or just this body preparing for a major shape adaptation coming soon.
I visit the midwife Thursday afternoon, and I'm looking forward to a progress update. Grandma Martha and auntie Esther will also be arriving from Las Cruces. We'll all be one happy, waiting family!
It's late so I'll write more later... now to lullaby land.

Hi Rachel, I like your blog and I especially liked the verses you shared and the lyrics to the song. It seems like the message I'm hearing over and over again is "Wait upon the Lord." Thanks for the reminder.
As for the great miracle about to be born, as with all good things, they take longer than expected and are better than you can imagine. Our little ones give us endless joy with their affection and cuteness. We can't believe how blessed we are to have them.
Oh, have you had some raspberry leaf tea? Supposed to help get labor going. I drank it all the way through my first delivery.
Hmmmm....I seem to remember as a childhood friend that arriving in "True" Burke fashion meant showing up when everyone least expected you to arrive. I'm thinking that maybe the Miller bundle of joy is going to follow suit. It was always a blessing when the Burke family did show up!!! Rachelle & Ryanne are anxiously awaiting the news of boy or girl. I am leaning toward a girl, but what do I know. Ha Ha!!!
