Last week was VBS at Grace. I think Miss Margaret, the children's min. has a parenthood education plan for me... I started out working in the nursery, and now I'm working my way up through the ages. On Sundays I take care of 13-18 month olds (the walkers) and last week I helped out with the first graders.You can see that in my small group, I had an vibrant bunch of boys. They were so much fun! I definitely found my afternoon pregnancy nap to not be optional after a morning of nonstop action.
The teacher for the firstgraders (we had 29 in in our class) was a splendid Bible story teller, and really made the stories (all related to water) come alive. The highlight of the week was watching these kids get into worship. The kingdom of heaven is definitely full of these little ones!
